The AVOXimeter 4000 provides a fast, accurate assessment of patient oxygenation at the bedside. The AVOXimeter’s patented state-of-the-art optics yield accurate measurements of oxy-, carboxy-, and met-hemoglobin as well as total hemoglobin. When used in combination with a blood gas analyzer, the AVOXimeter 4000 gives a comprehensive and complete assessment of the patient’s oxygenation status.

The AVOXimeter 4000 is a portable, battery-powered system designed to meet the accuracy demands of today’s lab managers yet is easy enough for point-of-care, bedside testing. The AVOXimeter 4000 requires no sample preparation, needs only 50 μl of blood, and utilizes inexpensive disposable cuvettes.
