Return Policy

For the vast majority of our products, we offer a 30 day return policy. You can choose either an exchange or refund of the purchase price less the the shipping costs. A re-stocking fee of up to 25% may apply on some items.

Products that are not eligible for return or exchange are marked as such in the product description. If you are not sure if a product is returnable, contact our customer service department before placing an order.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made products

  • Special order items

  • Clearance items

  • Items with an expiration date (i.e., sutures)

  • Hazardous materials

Equipment must be unused and in 100% restockable condition, in its original packaging, with all accessories included. Products that have been damaged, opened, or show signs of use will be denied a refund or exchange. Andar reserves the right to deny any return or exchange request at our discretion. Credits or refunds will be issued for the original purchase price once the item(s) are received and processed.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the order upon delivery, in which case the standard return policy for the item will apply, and we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund credit.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returned shipping unless there was a delivery error on Andar's part or the item was defective.

An RGA number is required on all returns.

Before returning any items please contact us. Products that are returned without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number will not be accepted. To receive a RGA number, contact us via email or phone with your order number, contact information and reason for return/exchange. It may take up to 48 hours to receive an RGA number and form to place inside the package. Once an RGA number has been provided, ship the product back to Andar International with the completed RGA form inside and provide a tracking number with your shipper of choice. (We suggest FedEx and UPS.)

What if my order arrives damaged?

We package all of our products well so they arrive on safe and secure. If an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within 10 days. We’re happy to send you replacements or parts as soon as possible. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, you can return the item for a refund, subject to the standard return policy of the product.

What if my item isn't working?

If your item isn't working properly, please check the product manual. You can usually find troubleshooting and "getting started" information there. However, if troubleshooting doesn't work, please send us an e-mail with your order number, contact information, and a description of the problem.

I got the wrong item.

f you received the incorrect item, please contact us via email or call us with your order number, contact information, and the item number of the product you received.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Depending on your form of payment it may take several business days to receive a refund. Below are estimated refund processing times:

  • Credit Card: 3 to 5 business days

  • Check: 10 to 14 business days

  • Store Credit: 3 to 5 business days

  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days
